A deep regard for small business owners defines both our corporate culture and our personal histories. In a company with over 350 employees, it’s a telling coincidence that 16 of our 17 member sales management team and seven of our eight senior executives share the common personal characteristic of being the child of a small business owner, the spouse of a small business owner, or of being a former business owner themselves. Among sales representatives, nearly 70% share in those same ways the experience of small business ownership. We understand the challenges of running and growing a business. When we say our mission as a company is to serve our self-employed customers exceptionally well, we mean it.
